In NW Meridian, the inventory level of available homes is very low. When you look at the last three month sales trend and how many months of inventory is available to service that trend, if no new homes came on the market, the sell through would occur in just a little over 4 months. 6 months of inventory is considered a “balanced market.”  If this trend continues, supply and demand suggests upward pressure on pricing. Now is a terrific time to buy. We’re breaking ground on two new spec homes this week and have tons of choices if you’d like to build.
